International books – thanks!

Dear parents,

Thanks for all your suggestions before Höstlov for new international books for the library that represent your home country and culture. Almost all the books that we bought have come in now and are available for our students to loan from our International Culture Week display which will be ongoing for a further few weeks. The new books from France, Finland, Poland, India, Vietnam, Spain and Germany to name a few, will also be promoted within the library classes.

Fleur Doornberg-Puglisi is the Library Teacher at ISGR since August 2016, after working as a classroom teacher in both PYP K and 1. Sophie Arnold is a qualified librarian and has been working at ISGR since January 2017.
