As you may have noticed, in the past few weeks, each week we focus on a different attribute of The IB Learner Profile.
This week, we will focus on being knowledgeable in the library. We will get to know the reason why the Dewey Decimal System was developed and how we use it in the library. Students are not expected to know the classification system by heart, as long as they understand why we categorize it the way we do and know how to read the labels.
Next week, we will focus on being communicators in the library. We will discover different ways of reflecting and talking about the stories we have read. We will recommend each other books to inspire others to try new books and authors.
